My Usage Data is not showing

My online account doesn't show my data usage and my Android app also doesn't show my data usage.

 

This began in April I report it but still not fixed, now I'm told to post here for help.

 

Can somebody please fix this issue for me.

Hi,

 

Rang tech support and was told the problem is a know issue a would be about another 3 weeks or so which is what I was told back in April.

 

I suppose it's a bigger problem than first thought so for now I'll just wait and I'm reassured that it's been worked on.

I will report back, please keep in mind I had already spoken to tech in April as it was escalated at the time. I'll try my luck again.

Not fix yet, I had not follow-up, no explanation to root cause so I'm still waiting.

 

Not Telstra rep from the site has contacted me.

No got rid of it but it's on Telstra history I've pretty much given up on it I was going to review it in September when I finally move over to NBN
