My mobile number and usage isn’t showing up on my account
when I login to my account I can only see one of the mobile services. The other one was on there and now it has disappeared I have tried to get username but it just send reset password. How do I know if it has been removed
Presuming there have not been any service account changes, it is a relatively common software fault. You would need to get billing to raise an internal ticket to get it reconnected, all presuming you have not changed any services or accounts.
