Dear Telstra;

Can you please get your online billing web site sorted out ? For the last (I don't know how long) I have been trying to get a detailed bill so I can identify my mobile calls as to the number called and duration. This has not worked for sometime now and still does not work. A detailed pdf request for the current bill results in an error, directed to a page that does not even exist ! Download requests for past bills do not work at all, requests stay pending for days, or are incomplete. This is NOT what I expect from a reputable telco. I realise that the web site is being changed, but surely you should not allow access to the old website that does not work.
