Online Billing

How do you get from the MyAccount page to Online Billing? I am sure that I am missing something but I cant find a link anywhere on the page.

It provides access to "Allocate Calls to Groups", "Allocate names to numners", etc like this page:

 

https://onlinebilling.telstra.com.au/billingpayment/action/profile/default

Hi,

 

I think I have worked it out. If I sign on using:

 

https://onlinebilling.telstra.com.au/

 

I get to:

 

https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/overview

 

Then I cant seem to get to the onlinebilling page.

If I sign on using:

 

https://onlinebilling.telstra.com.au/billingpayment/

 

I get to:

 

https://onlinebilling.telstra.com.au/billingpayment/action/bill/display;jsessionid=0000EMsTNIuNzMb_f...

 

which is where I want to be.

 

I will sign on using that URL from now on

 

Thanks for your help. I will check with the chat team and see if there is a way from the myaccount/overview page.

I have tried the chat URL you gave and all I get is a blank screen. I am using Explorer 10.

The URL for the balnk chat window is:

 

https://livechat.telstra.com/TCOM:AR:MyAccount:Assisted:Registration:Tool

 

with a title of "Waiting for livechat.telstra.com"

Hi Kramft,

If the live chat window is not loading properly, it may be worth just trying another browser to see if that helps. If it doesn't you may need to try again later instead, otherwise feel free to call 13 22 00 and say "My Account" to speak to that same team in person.
