Technical Issues on My Rewards Page

Hi,

 

I am trying to access the My Rewards page on My Account and I am getting a 'Technical Issues' error preventing me from entering the page.

It is happening on 2 different types of browser and both my PC and Mobile Device so I know it is not isolated to a device type.

Is this for the My Offers section or the Telstra Thanks section?
