Telstra breached privacy acct

Telstra,

Shame on you allowing a third party non authorised person to not only close the one connection to my residential property but to also commence with a second installation of s service under another name into the same property (technicians booked by Telstra staff for 4/12/14). Telstra representative then goes on to suggest not only is this my problem but to cancel the technician I would need the password and access to the unauthorised account which is being installed. Telstra I am speechless.
