Telstra website - logging in to my Account

Why am I having to press F5 to get to each page when logging in to my Account, and also when logging out???

Thank you for your support.  It seems that conflict between Google Chrome security (https) and AVG Anti-virus security, is causing the problem so far, when logging in to Telstra or Dept. of Vet. Affairs websites.  When I temporarily turn off AVG Protection, the problem doesn't arise.  Are you aware of any fix for this problem?  Connectdad.
