Tracker showing order DISCONNECT completed.. I did not disconnect any services

I was checking a tracking number for an order placed yesterday and it did not show up so i checked PREVIOUS ORDERS tab and there are two DISCONNECT orders from yesterday showing as COMPLETED.. I did not order any Disconnect yesterday and no services seem to be disconnected. Can someone please explain what this would be?

You will need to either give 132200 a call, or chat to a consultant online via https://livechat.telstra.com as nobody here has access to account/billing information.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Crowd Support is not Telstra Customer Service.  We are customers like you.

No one here has account access.

As your post refers to Disconnections, it would be best to ring 132200 and say "Disconnections"  which will take you to the specialised Disconnections call centre who will clarify your situation.
