Unable to add Pre Paid Mobile Broadband Service to my 24/7 Account

Hi, I am unable to add my new Mobile Broadband service to my account. It keeps displaying that the details don't match the records for both the service number and the account number. If anyone could help out that would be much appreciated Smiley Happy

Hi mwestpilot,

Usually a new activated service is automatically added to your 24/7 App within 24 hours.
If it has been longer than this you can contact Telstra via Live Chat
https://www.telstra.com.au/chatnow/landing?pageId=https%3a%2f%2flivechat.telstra.com%2f
Or ring 132200.
They'll be able to look at your Account and help you further with this.
