When will my complaints case manager actually contact me it has been 96 hours

My complaint nunber is SR1-1204532099406.  my internet service was incorrectly disconnected by Telstra on the 4th of July.  It took 5 hours on the phone to different team members to get the matter resolved.  Including 3 hours on my birthday and I'm a new mother who needs that service to operate my business from home.  I'm looking for compensation for my time, for the lack of service for a number of days and for the $180 I had to spend on my mobile to have a connection.  Your service has been absolutely atrocious.  Hard to believe how bad it could be but your organisation showed how bad was possible.  I look forward to hearing about my compensation and I'm disgusted that I'm having to contact you
