Why Does the telstra rewards consignment not have my Building name on it?

I was meant to get a delivery today by startrack but they failed to deliver my Christmas present due to the consignment not having my building name on it, but when spending my points for this present it asked for a building name, startrack will not release this unless telstra contact them to redo the consignment note please help

Crowd Support is not Telstra Customer Service.  We are customers like you, and can only make suggestions for problems. No one here has account access.

To get your order sorted, you'll need to speak to the actual  department who you ordered from.

I'm sorry I can't offer a solution as it's an internal Telstra/Startrack procedure.
