I am currently moved to overseas and need to close my account(NBN plan).How can I cancel my contract? It seems like call centre has been closed as well as Live chat due to COVID-19.Thanks

I have recently returned from overseas, prior to leaving I suspended my account, I am now unable to contact Telstra to un suspend this account and the online services are unable to assist in anyway how am I able to rectify this

I ordered a Telstra Call Guardian 301 through telstra plus and all i have received is an invoice but no order or tracking number and this was ordered on 28/03/2020. Cannot find out anything as call centres are unresponsive,,,,PLEASE HELP
