everytime i attempt to reset my bigpond account password or get the account email changed it just redirects me to a page that says service unavailable please check again later

@pleasehelpme3 I believe when I looked at that issue last time the problem was that you need to make sure you're not already logged in when requesting the reset.
As some browsers like Chrome can automatically remember passwords and log you in automatically.
Telstra in-store, over the phone or via live chat can reset this for you.
