usage meter

i have a new account for home phone and broad band internet.

I log into my account and thePlans and usage says....

Sorry we can't show your services because:

  • Services on this account may have been deactivated.
  • Services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.                                                                                                         It has been like this since account was opened a week ago and does not change. Please help as our case manager is of no help at all after many wasted phone calls

Are all your services active and working yet? You will need to have active services before you will see them in your My Account. If they have been active for some time now, you should be able to see them.

 

In which case, I would recommend contacting our My Account team on 1800 266 000 and they can chase this up for you.
