Placed on the wrong internet plan


The NBN plan just given to me (order number: 1-2091132473499)  is wrong and it should be corrected as $70/month, 100GB plan (essential).

The order was placed through telstra shopping - Macarthur shopping complex.

Please correct and resend your order confirmation .

Also, this is not an official Telstra support channel as such, so your request can not be actioned through this forum.

You will most likely need to return to the store to get it sorted out, but you could try calling billing on 132200 first.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
