my address has been black listed

My emails to Bigpond adressees have started bouncing recently. My IP isn't blacklisted by anyone else and Bigpond used to accept them too.

 

I can't even reply to a customer with whom I already have a string of correspondence.

 

Please tell me how to get whitelisted again.

Are you using a business mail server to send your emails?

 

Maybe you could ask your hosting company to investigate further.
