How to check for an outage in the My Telstra app

With the new My Telstra app, you can access an array of support options for those times that you might need some help with your Telstra account and services. 


In this article, we’ll look at how to check for an outage within the app, but you can also:


How to check for an outage in the My Telstra app

Access the Get help tab from the navigation bar, and you’ll immediately know if there’s a scheduled outage in your area.


Tap Find out more to view further details about the planned interruption to your service.

If there is no scheduled outage impacting your services, you can check for any unplanned outages within the Get help tab also. Scroll down just a little, and you’ll find the option to Check for outages in my area. Then simply enter your suburb, and we’ll advise you of any known outages in your area.
