How to message with us in the My Telstra app
You can now message with us directly through the My Telstra app.
Just like chatting to a friend, messaging with us works around your schedule. You can close the app and continue your conversation with us when it suits you.
Begin a conversation with us, or continue an existing one, using the blue messaging icon in the Get help tab of the My Telstra app.
Depending on your device and app settings, you may be prompted to turn on notifications before you message us for the first time. This way, you’ll be notified when we send you a new message.
Once your settings are good to go, you can now send us a message! We’ll chat with you on your schedule, so feel free to leave the My Telstra app, and come back at a time that suits you.
