How to recharge on Telstra Pre-Paid

The easiest way to recharge your Pre-Paid service is through the Telstra 24x7® app on your mobile or tablet, or in Telstra My Account on your PC. You can also recharge online, over the phone, and in-store. Find out how to get started below.

On your phone

  • Via the Telstra 24x7 app
  • Go to m.telstra.com in your browser (please make sure Wi-Fi is switched off on your device)
  • Dial #100#, press call and follow the prompts on your screen
  • Call 125 8888 and follow the prompts

What if I can’t recharge? 

  • If you’re getting an error message, or the recharge option menu is being repeated back to you, then you may be blocked from recharging.
  • This can happen if you try to recharge a number of times unsuccessfully – for example with an incorrect voucher code.
  • If you’ve been blocked from recharging, please contact us.
