With the My Telstra app, you can access an array of support options for those times that you might need some help with your Telstra account and services.

How to use the Smart Troubleshooting Tool in the My Telstra app

You can access the Smart Troubleshooting Tool from the Get help tab in the My Telstra app.

 

Simply select the service you’re looking to troubleshoot – for example, Home Internet.

 

 

Then, tap to Check my connection and get help.

 

You’ll then be directed to the Smart Troubleshooting Tool, where you can follow the prompts to diagnose the issues you are experiencing.

 

 

If an issue with your service is identified, you’ll be provided with troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve this.
