Accidentally cancelled AFL Season Pass

I recently registered an account to stream my AFL Season Pass on multiple devices. After registering a second device, a notification saying I will be charged twice popped up. I then unsubscribed from the live pass accidentally when I tried to unsubscribe from one of the passes as the notification said to cancel it. How can I get it back?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Accidentally cancelled AFL Season Pass

Hello @hdeifh

Apologies for the issues subscribing.

When you cancel a subscription access is not taken away immediately.

If you sign up to a weekly pass and cancel the first day, you still have access

for the remainder of the week.

There are several ways to subscribe and you may have already have an existing subscription.

Can you please check all charges on your credit card statement to identify who you may have subscribed

through?

Telstra Applications Melbourne = Subscribed via Website
GOOGLE *Telstra CorpGOOGLE.COM = In App subscription via Google Play
APPLE ITUNES STORE SYDNEY = In App Subscription via App Store

The most likely answer is to use the remainder of the subscription you have already purchased, and

when it elapses, you can sign up again at that point. However lets make sure you don't have multiple

subscriptions as well.
