AFL app technical issues

I am a Telstra mobile customer but I can’t access the afl app. It says service temporarily unavailable or oops we are having technical difficulties. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and am using my data. I’ve been having this problem for about 4 weeks. Please help!!

Sorry to see you have not had access to your Live Pass.


At what point do you get the error messages?

(After redeeming free Live Pass, when attempting to watch a live match, opening the AFL App)


Can I please confirm if you have able to redeem the free Live Pass by 

selecting Telstra customer in the setup process or via More>My Account>Live Pass>Telstra Customer?


What device are you using to access the AFL App? Has this device had access previously this season?


Have you tried alternate internet connections? If not, the AFL App may not have access to your mobile

data, this can be corrected in your device settings.
