Afl live app charges
I only just realised I've still been charged $4.99 to my credit card by telstra applications Melbourne every single week since I un-subscribed back in April!
This is completely unacceptable as I'm out of pocket about $125 for something I didn't realise I'd purchased, let alone used!
Can I please get something resolved as I am extremely agitated by this
I have again logged onto the afl app and cancelled my subscription again but I'm concerned it is not cancelled.
I am demanding my money be paid back in full as I have not used of benefited from having this live pass, of which I didn't realised I was still subscribed too!
