AFL live match feed video not working ?.

I am trying to watch the Carlton V Port match today and video doesn't load. The APP screen loads up but where the match feed appears it is just black. I am using an IPAD with IOS 9.3.5 and ADSL2 connection. I previously reinstalled APP and have a current live pass. Have tried logging out of live pass & and resetting IPAD but still not working.?

Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with the AFL Live Pass. 

As per the terms and conditions, the AFL Live App is supported on iOS devices running iOS 10 and above. 

Unfortunately, if you are running an earlier version of iOS, while some parts of the AFL Live App may work, we cannot guarantee that all features will work as intended.

Dear Korg, this is essentially the same nonsense that occurred last year with the APP. After much corresponding via this forum you responded to me in June 18 that Telstra had now resolved the problem & fixed the APP to run on lesser model IPAD's (ie those that cant run IOS10 or above). If you were able to do this last year then how hard would it be to do the same this year?. regards Grahame
