Afl live pass cancellation

Downloaded the AFL app to watch the preliminary finals primarily because it offered a free 2 week trial and after the match I was unable to cancel my subscription? I tried to cancel my subscription countless amounts of times and now I’ve been charged 2 lots of $4.99 over 2 weeks and found that I couldn’t cancel my sub through the app but only through safari (iPhone 8+) ???
Can I get a refund of the money I was charged ?
