AFL live pass charging when account inactive

I have been charged $4.99 a week for afl live pass for almost 7 months. I had it for one week and cancelled it. It's impossible to find a contact number to speak to someone and noone at Telstra can help. Looks like this has been a common issue with AFL live charging people when there account is inactive. How do I get someone to contact me asap. This is very frustrating.

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help
