AFL Live Pass not working

Every couple of weeks my live pass stops working. I uninstall then reinstall the AFL App, link my live pass again and sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve just done the whole process and it still won’t let me watch live games & keeps asking me to subscribe to Kayo. I’m sick of this happening.

Thank you for your post, my apologies that you're still experiencing this issue.


From your previous posts, you were using an iPad - are you still using the same device?

If so, can you please confirm the model and what version of iOS the iPad is running (eg; 12.4, 13.1)? 

Are you able to test on another device? If so, does it have the same issue?  


Does the issue occur on both Wi-Fi and 4G internet connections? 

Do you have any VPN's active? If so, you will need to turn this off as it may impact the ability of the AFL Live App to see your accurate location.
