AFL subscription refund

I had a direct debit taken out of my credit card for $89.99 (Telstra Applications Melbourne) for a AFL subscription which i didn't sign up for, I had the subscription cancelled but I have gotten no help into getting that money as a credit or refund.

When you say 'didn't sign up for', are you implying that someone unknown used your details to sign up to this subscription?

If so you are possibly a victim of identity theft which is a very serious matter.

If viewing on a desktop/laptop:
In the top right hand corner of CrowdSupport, you should see a profile icon, with a drop down - Select Messages. This is your inbox & will contain any private messages you receive via CrowdSupport.

If viewing on a mobile device:
Tap the messages icon at the bottom of the screen & select the login option to sign into your account. This will take you back to the original page, where you can select message to access your inbox. This will contain any messages you receive via CrowdSupport.

There is no messages in my inbox. No, no one else has used my details. I Just had the subscription directed debited without even signing up for it. I have never used the subscription this year so I would just like a refund or a credit please.
