Re: Afl subscription
Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with AFL Live Pass.
Are you connected to the Telstra Mobile (4G) network when redeeming your subscription?
At what point do you get stuck? Are there any error messages?
What version of iOS is your device running?
Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the AFL Live App to see if this assists?
If you have previously linked your AFL Live Pass to a TelstraID, I would recommend trying to log in via More > My Account > Log In, instead of clicking the "Free for Telstra Mobile Customers" option.
