If you have been charged as a Telstra Mobile customer, this is because you did not redeem your free subscription correctly and instead subscribed using the App Store or AFL website.
How does this charge appear on your bank statement? (it will be one of the below)
Telstra Applications Melbourne = Subscribed via Website
GOOGLE *Telstra CorpGOOGLE.COM = In App subscription via Google Play
APPLE ITUNES STORE SYDNEY = In App Subscription via iTunes
If you can confirm how you were charged, this will point us in the right direction to assist further.
