Cancelled AFL live pass but fees keep getting deducted.

I cancelled my subscription in August before the finals as al games were live via my account.   I then discover the fees were continuing to be paid off my credit card.   I contacted Telstra, who made me call the AFL who put me on to ITunes. In the end I was assured it was cancelled, only for another payment the next month.   I again entered my account and this time the cancel button did not respond.   I again called and got the run around, then went on holidays for the last two weeks.   I had an issue logging in and used live-chat to assist.   Joseph got me access, I cancelled the subscription and he confirmed it was cancelled.   Shame others could not provided the same level of support.   I now want to know how I request a refund for the 5 months subscription that has been taken from my accou8nt since September 2018 to January 2019.

In the top right hand corner of CrowdSupport, you should see a profile icon, with a drop down - Select Messages. This is your inbox & will contain any private messages you receive via CrowdSupport.

If viewing on a mobile device:
Tap the messages icon at the bottom of the screen & select the login option to sign into your account. This will take you back to the original page, where you can select message to access your inbox. This will contain any messages you receive via CrowdSupport.
