Cancelled AFL Live Pass but still being charged

I subscribed to the weekly AFL Live Pass back in October 2017 via the AFL website. I cancelled my subscription about a week later also via the website. I discovered a couple of months ago that I'm still being charged $4.99 a week for this service despite no longer being subscribed. I contacted Telstra about this about 3 weeks ago and they confirmed that I indeed was not subscribed and that they'd organise a refund. I have not heard anything back since this call, and have noticed that Telstra are still withdrawing $4.99 every week. My case number for this issue is 4307923643.
