Cancelled subscription but still being charged.

I cancelled my AFL live subscription on the 16th of September, 2017 after trialing for a free week. 
However I have still been charged 50 weekly instalments of $4.99 since this date.
I have checked on google subscriptions, however am unable to get a refund there as it states that the product was free (because of the free week).  

I need to both cancel the subscription and get a refund as I have not used the service since I now have a mobile phone plan that provides free access.
$4.99 weekly charge.
Initial free week.Cancellation confirmation email.

Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with AFL Live Pass. 

 

The charge of "Telstra Applications Melbourne" on your bank statement indicates this charge is for a subscription which was signed up via AFL.com.au/livepass.

This is separate to a subscription which was purchased via Google Play.

If viewing on a desktop/laptop:
In the top right hand corner of CrowdSupport, you should see a profile icon, with a drop down - Select Messages. This is your inbox & will contain any private messages you receive via CrowdSupport.

If viewing on a mobile device:
Tap the messages icon at the bottom of the screen & select the login option to sign into your account. This will take you back to the original page, where you can select message to access your inbox. This will contain any messages you receive via CrowdSupport.
