Apologies for the issues accessing your AFL Live Pass.
Can I please get some further details to investigate further?
How did you subscribe? (free for Telstra customer, In-App via the App Store or Play Store)
If you are a Telstra customer, open the AFL App while connected to 4G, and select Telstra customer
when prompted, or via More>My Account>Live Pass>Telstra Customer
If you have subscribed, you do not sign in, you restore the purchase. You can do this
in the same section, More>My Account>Live Pass>Restore purchase.
If still no luck, try uninstalling and reinstalling the AFL App. If there is still an issue, could you please
let me know what device you are using, as well as how you subscribe?
