NEED TO CANCEL AFL LIVE SUBSCRIPTION - Urgent

Hi,

I have a weekly $4.99 recurring AFL Live Pass transaction that I want cancelled. I cannot cancel this subscription because there is no option button to do this.

I contacted Chat support last night but they were unable to help.

Can you please help?

Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with AFL Live Pass. 

 

Can you please confirm how the charges for AFL Live Pass appear on your bank statement? (it will be one of the below)

Telstra Applications Melbourne = Subscribed via Website
GOOGLE *Telstra CorpGOOGLE.COM = In App subscription via Google Play
APPLE ITUNES STORE SYDNEY = In App Subscription via iTunes

 

This will point us in the right direction to assist further.

As you can see from the screenshots it says Telstra Applications Melbourne.

I have tried many times to cancel the subscription, which we have never used as you are not able to watch via Chromecast as we were led to believe.

Whenever I go to cancel the subscription, there is no button/option to do so!  This has been going on for months and is very frustrating.

I have tried cancelling through the app and on the website, neither works.

In the top right hand corner of CrowdSupport, you should see a profile icon, with a drop down - Select Messages. This is your inbox & will contain any private messages you receive via CrowdSupport.

If viewing on a mobile device:
Tap the messages icon at the bottom of the screen & select the login option to sign into your account. This will take you back to the original page, where you can select message to access your inbox. This will contain any messages you receive via CrowdSupport.
