Hi I would like to cancel my afl live pass as i am being debited $4.99 a month. I though I unsubscribed to this service a month ago.

If your bill shows it as Telstra Applications Melbourne, then it needs to be cancelled via the website.

I'll move your post to the AFL Live area so the team that looks after it can spot your post more easily too.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

The AFL Live Pass service is $4.99 per week - if you're being charged $4.99 per month, this is not for AFL Live Pass.

If viewing on a desktop/laptop:
In the top right hand corner of CrowdSupport, you should see a profile icon, with a drop down - Select Messages. This is your inbox & will contain any private messages you receive via CrowdSupport.

If viewing on a mobile device:
Tap the messages icon at the bottom of the screen & select the login option to sign into your account. This will take you back to the original page, where you can select message to access your inbox. This will contain any messages you receive via CrowdSupport

I have tried to cancel via the afl website but there is no cancel subscription button showing when I go to manage my account?
