Video Error - Can't play this video

Have used AFL live for a few years, and was watching AFLW games ok earlier this year.  Since the Men's season begun, haven't been able to stream a game.  Each time I've tried it comes up with a dialog:

"Video Error - Can't watch this video"

I have played with permissions on some apps, but I think AFL has everything it's asked for.

Device is Samsung tablet (A8 I think??).

We don't get much AFL on TV, so I sort of rely on my stream, and it's a bit frustrating it never seems to work anymore....

Any ideas?

Ok, it shows my AFL Live expired 31/01/2019 (which is weird, because I've watched since then). When I try to re-link the telstra account it says "Service temporarily unavailable - an error occured while trying to process your request"

IS there an outage, or is the issue with my account (or with something I'm doing?)

Uninstalled, reinstalled. Appears to work.

Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with the AFL Live App. 

Can you confirm what version of Android your device is running? 

Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the AFL Live App to see if this assists? 

I would also recommend clearing the cache. This can be done via Settings > Apps > AFL > Storage
