Afl live not working

Just purchased a weeks subscription to watch AFL live. Have signed in to my account and updated my iPhone X. Unable to view any games not happy at all.

Sorry to see you can't access your AFL Live Subscription

Could you please go to the more tab within the AFL Live App

Then settings, AFL Live Pass Subscription. 

There should be an option to 'restore' your subscription

Uninstalling and reinstalling the AFL Live App may help as well.

Give this a go, let me know how you go.

Apologies for the issues accessing your Live Pass.

What you are describing is what an unsupported device

experiences when accessing a live stream.

Can you please confirm the device and software version it's running?

have you been able to watch any live matches this year?

Can you access AFL.TV in the video tab of the AFL App?

(We broadcast AFL.TV in the same manner as a Live Stream)

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

If you access the Live Pass Subscription page in the 'more' tab,

does it display your subscription details or ask to restore/sign in?
