AFL Live pass cancellation still not working

I am almost at the end of my rope. 

 

I cancelled my AFL Live Pass Subscription on the 21/9/18 and have the confirmation email to prove it. $4.99 continues to be deducted from my account each week and I have already spoken to five people about this and they all direct me somewhere else. This is absolutely terrible handling of customers by both AFL and Telstra. I am a low-income earner who has wasted time and money on absolutely nothing. The amount continues to add up. Someone please contact me to sort this out. I have already spoken to my bank on blocking this payment, they unfortunately can't do this because 'Telstra Applications Melbourne' has my card details. I will next be filing a complaint through my bank. This is basically stealing.

Just so you are aware, all support for the AFL App happens here on Crowd Support,

as the support button in the AFL App indicates.

 

To access your private messages, please refer to the relevant instructions below:

If viewing on a desktop/laptop:
In the top right hand corner of CrowdSupport, you should see a profile icon, with a drop down - Select Messages. This is your inbox & will contain any private messages you receive via CrowdSupport.

If viewing on a mobile device:
Tap the messages icon at the bottom of the screen & select the login option to sign into your account. This will take you back to the original page, where you can select message to access your inbox. This will contain any messages you receive via CrowdSupport.
