AFL Live Pass - Cant cancel subscription - unknown username
I have used a number of different AFL logins to access Live Pass over the 2018 season.
I continue to be charged a monthly fee, but can't access the account that my subscription is tied to so I can cancel.
I was hoping for a chat service to handle this, but this seems the next best option. I need someone to contact me directly to get this sorted out. I'd like a refund for September payment too.

Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with AFL Live Pass.
Can you please confirm how the charges for AFL Live Pass appear on your bank statement? (it will be one of the below)
Telstra Applications Melbourne = Subscribed via Website
GOOGLE *Telstra CorpGOOGLE.COM = In App subscription via Google Play
APPLE ITUNES STORE SYDNEY = In App Subscription via iTunes
If you've been charged by Google Play or iTunes, you will need to contact the App Store directly as unfortunately we do not have access to their systems to cancel a purchase made on your behalf.
If you've been charged by Telstra Applications Melbourne, I can look into this for you if you can respond to my private message requesting further information.

If viewing on a desktop/laptop:
In the top right hand corner of CrowdSupport, you should see a profile icon, with a drop down - Select Messages. This is your inbox & will contain any private messages you receive via CrowdSupport.
If viewing on a mobile device:
Tap the messages icon at the bottom of the screen & select the login option to sign into your account. This will take you back to the original page, where you can select message to access your inbox. This will contain any messages you receive via CrowdSupport.
