AFL Live Pass Nightmare

I am trying to get help ending a subscription,because i paid for it and it did NOT allow me to watch AFL Live.I am being charged (twice now)and want help from Telstra to fix the problem.I rang Telstra "help"...and got handballed here.Can anybody msg me so i can get some help concerning this issue?

Hey Leila,

The staff will be around shorty, in the meanwhile, are you able to confirm how the charge is listed on your statement as that is going to help them to get it sorted for you as quickly as possible.
