Are AFL Stats Pro highlights video unmetered on Telstra 4G?

Because AFL Stats Pro is not integrated into the AFL Live App yet, when I access it via a mobile browser (eg Safari on iPhone) and play video (eg player highlights for each match) is this unmetered when on Telstra 4G? Thanks
