Cant cancel AFL live pass

Im trying to cancel the AFL Live pass that I only signed up for one game in July and Im finding out that Im getting charged $19 per 2 weeks. Ive tried to cancel it online following the instructions but there is no sign of cancelation tabs anywhere.

Why are you taking money out without my authorisation and make it so hard to stop it.

I demand a full refund this is so unfair how you do this. I signed up only for 1 game. Now have been charged well over $100.
