I cannot find the charge on my Telstra Bill
I have a telstra mobile so expected the subscription would be free, but I was charged.
Turns out the AFL Live account is linked to a different Telstra account, so I want to cancel it, get a refund, then link to the right account.
Does anyone know who to call to get a refund?

Thanks for your post and I would be happy to clarify. To access your free Telstra Live Pass, you need to redeem it through the App. If you signed up using your credit card details you would be charged as normal.

If viewing on a desktop/laptop:
In the top right hand corner of CrowdSupport, you should see a profile icon, with a drop down - Select Messages. This is your inbox & will contain any private messages you receive via CrowdSupport.
If viewing on a mobile device:
Tap the messages icon at the bottom of the screen & select the login option to sign into your account. This will take you back to the original page, where you can select message to access your inbox. This will contain any messages you receive via CrowdSupport.
