is there a number to call for AFL subscription support?

I signed up for a 2 week trial, it expired and I was re-billed but am not able to access live games nor do I have the option in my subscription to cancel my account?

No phone contacts for AFL, all support for the sports apps are done by staff via these forums. They will be around at some point and be able to assist you with your enquiry.

Thanks for your post and I am sorry that you haven't been able to access your AFL Live Pass.


If you were able to access the free trial on your device, then you should continue to have access in the same way. Did you cancel your subscription during the trial? Are you logged in via the AFL Live App?

If viewing on a desktop/laptop:
In the top right hand corner of CrowdSupport, you should see a profile icon, with a drop down - Select Messages. This is your inbox & will contain any private messages you receive via CrowdSupport.

If viewing on a mobile device:
Tap the messages icon at the bottom of the screen & select the login option to sign into your account. This will take you back to the original page, where you can select message to access your inbox. This will contain any messages you receive via CrowdSupport.
