Kayo discount offer

I am trying to update the current plan $25 p/m to redeem the new offer of $15 p/m but it wouldn't update and instead came up with 'promo not available for selected product.' What do i do and how can i solve this issue?

Hi i did had similar issue only thing they told me it was for new customers that offer try give them call if you can get through on 132200

If you not doing it now, try accessing the promo via your mobile data (with WiFi off)?

Someone keeps putting vegetables in my beer crisper :-(
