I'm trying to sign up for the $5 a month Kayo deal. When I click on the link it says I'm eligible and comes up with my mobile number.
I then click the link to sign up and it sends a one time code to a different mobile number which I obviously can't access and can't continue with the sign up.
How do I fix this? Very frustrating...

Thanks for your message, sorry to ese you've had some issues redeeming the offer.
The pin is sent to the primary contact number of the accounts Legal Lessee. If this
number is incorrect, the Legal Lessee will need to contact us to update contact details.
This can be done in the Get Help tab of the My Telstra App, a store can also assist
provided you have ID (to update contact details we need to first verify identity).
