I am long term user of AFL live pass and after discovering that it’s not been used any longer took up Telstra’s Kayo $5.00 a month basic offer . I received a SMS with a pin code so I could log in which was successful but once I am in the Kayo home page every sport is locked and ask me to upgrade to a full excesses.

If you managed to enter the pin and redeem the offer for Kayo, the next step for support
if there are any further issues is to contact Kayo customer care.
