Refund - AFL Subscription Refund



I am requesting a refund for all payments made to Telstra regarding an apparent subscription with AFL Live. I have now cancelled the subscription. Considering the account inactivity, I believe a full refund is reasonable.

Apologies for any issues with an AFL Live Pass.


When an AFL Live Pass is activated, certain terms and conditions are agreed to when

activating the Live Pass.

One is that all subscriptions to an AFL Live Pass are ongoing until cancelled. We do not

monitor how often a customer accesses their Live Pass, it is at the customer's discretion

how often they use their Live Pass.


As the charges were agreed to, there may not be grounds for a refund, however I will send a private

message to collect your details to investigate further.
