Subscription source wrong, can't change it

I have a subscription through, but my app thinks I have a subscription through Google Play (which isn't active). I can't change this setting, so I can't watch what I've paid for. How does this get fixed?

Thank you for your post and my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with AFL Live Pass. 


You can use the email/password credentials you set up when subscribing via to log in to the AFL Live App. 


I would suggest uninstalling/reinstalling the AFL Live App on your device to ensure you're starting from scratch, you should then be able to log on.
